My name is Elizabeth, and I’m very pleased to meet you. Whatever brought you to my website, I hope you feel comfortable and inspired after you spend some time here. I’ve just met you, but I wonder why you opened this page… Maybe you’re looking for motivation to make a change in your life, or perhaps you’re interested in non-traditional workouts because you are bored out of your mind with your current exercise regimen. Or you might even just be looking for another person who is going through life, making mistakes, and moving on, so you feel less alone. Whatever your reasons are, I hope you feel safe and welcome here, and I hope you find some of the answers you are looking for.
Here are a few things you will find on my website.
My blog. This is where I talk about stuff that is going on in my life, kinda like a public journal of sorts. You’ll find lots of posts on healthy living and fitness, DIY projects I’m trying, recipes I’m trying (and sometimes failing), adventures I go on, and more. It’s where you can get to know me, learn from my many mistakes, and hopefully leave a little wiser, or at least a little lighter 🙂
Videos. As of 8/25 I’m still in the process of developing this part of my website but in the near future I hope to start making vlogs and other helpful videos. I don’t know about you but I am a very visual person so I’m 10x more likely to understand something the first time if I see it in video form.
Coaching. I’m a health coach, soon to be teaming with BeachBody. Stay tuned for more info on this coming in September!!
