My name is Elizabeth, and I’m a women’s health and fitness coach. What does that mean? The short answer is that I help people reach their health and fitness goals. That looks different for everyone because everyone has different needs and a unique personality. A lot of people have something specific they know they need to change about their lifestyle to reach a particular goal or fix a certain problem, but lack the knowledge and/or motivation to stick with a plan and get there. That’s where I come in – to bridge the gap between knowing something needs to change and getting it done so you can have a fulfilled life. Below are some detailed examples of the services I offer as a coach.
Health & fitness info – We all (including myself) need help from time to time from someone who has been there, done that. In my blog I cover a lot of common (and uncommon) questions about health and fitness. From How to Choose the Right Protein Supplement to 8 Things You Should Never Say to a Fit Girl, I share a lot of info based on my own experiences and research, as well as exploring topics that are new to me as I discover them. You’ll also find a lot of free workouts (none of which include boring steady state cardio or spending hours on machines), and who doesn’t like finding a new workout that is actually fun (albeit challenging)?
Vlogs, recipes, and workouts – If you’re more of a visual person than a reader, you might feel more at home on my YouTube channel. As of 5/24/17 I’m still in the process of creating my channel, but I’ve got lots of cool videos coming soon in July, so please keep checking back! I’ll be making vlogs, full length workout videos (so you can suffer along with me instead of by yourself), filming myself trying to cook healthy recipes (despite the fact that I’m a terrible cook, prepare to be entertained), and much more.
No-nonsense, one-on-one coaching – Besides creating unique content about health and fitness, I’m also a health coach. Basically that means I specialize in getting people from where they are to where they want to be, in terms of their health and fitness. I conduct weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions in person (if you live in central MN) or via live chat on Facebook. We begin by clarifying your specific goals. Then we create a plan to get there, and I act as your accountability partner and cheerleader to make sure you follow it through to completion. It’s simple, and it works.
