If you’re like me you don’t want to waste time reading through a bunch of rhetoric so I’ll get right to the point. Here’s exactly who I am and what I have to offer, I hope you find something here of use to you 🙂
My name is Elizabeth, and I’m a health coach. For me, that means I specialize in writing customized workout programs according to each client’s unique needs, and I’ll do everything I can to see them reach and exceed their goals. For some that means giving a little extra support and encouragement each day. For others it means accountability once a week. Whatever your unique needs and challenges, I will help you turn them from weaknesses into the strengths you need to succeed.
As your coach I can also help you address any nutritional, spiritual, and mental aspects of your health that may be holding you back.
That being said, I don’t promise a cure all or magic advice. Essentially what I do is help you, help yourself. I just give you the tools, plan, and support you need because let’s face it – none of us can do it alone.
