Happy July everyone! Here’s a simple recipe for my go-to protein shake/smoothie. I love drinking it first thing in the morning to give me a boost for the day, or after my workout as a recovery shake. It’s easy to make, tastes amazing, and is loaded with healthy ingredients.
What you need:
1-2 scoops Dynamic Health Drink
1/2 cup frozen fruit
1/2 cup frozen bananas
1-2 cups milk (depending on how thick you want your smoothie to be)
Blend all the above ingredients for a minute or two (the longer you blend, the more volume it will make), pour into a glass, and enjoy!
What you get:
The Dynamic Health Drink is packed full of healthy ingredients. It contains over 20 servings of fruits and vegetables, and 20 grams of whey protein per serving. It has a Digestive Support Blend, SuperVegatox Antioxidant Blend, Fruit Antioxidant Blend, Probiotic Blend, as well as lots of great vitamins and minerals. Read more about it here. I noticed a significant improvement in my strength and endurance during my workouts after drinking this shake for a little over a week. This stuff is amazing!! Not to mention it tastes great (I drink the chocolate flavor). And it’s gluten free, so that’s always a plus too.
If you are a woman, 1 scoop should give you plenty of protein. However, if you do a lot of intense strength training, you might need 2 scoops. My doctor put me on 2 scoops per day.
