Monday Motivation

It’s Monday. Again. For a lot of people, this is the worst day of the week because the weekend is over and it’s time to get back to work. Mondays can also be one of the hardest days to find motivation to work out, which means it is also one of the best opportunities to prove your strength by getting up and doing it anyway. But if you need a little extra motivation, here are some quotes that should do the trick. Remember, it’s actually pretty simple. Either you do it, or you don’t.
