blog

I started this blog in 2016 because I am passionate about health and fitness, and it’s my dream to make a living helping women become the best versions of themselves. I cover a wide range of topics – from the benefits of unconventional types of exercise, to natural remedies for common ailments, to stress management, and much more. I hope to expand my horizons a bit in the near future by writing ebooks and creating workout videos (and possibly vlogs if I have enough interest) on YouTube.

I recently started offering personalized, one on one health coaching packages for my clients. Check out this page on my website or contact me for a free consultation to find the right fit for you!

My advice to new bloggers would be…

  1. Don’t try to mimic someone else, be you. Your readers will be more drawn to you if your unique personality shines through your writing. To put it bluntly, if you are just like all the rest and trying to fit into the crowd, you will be forgettable. Stand out and be 100% yourself.
  2. Make your posts visually appealing. When a new reader stumbles onto your blog, they will be much more likely to stay if your posts are as alluring as possible. One way to enhance your posts is to make good use of high quality images. After all, a post with pictures that help capture the essence of your writing will be a lot more attractive than bunch of boring paragraphs stacked on top of each other. If you don’t decide to incorporate many pictures, at least try to make each post as visually attractive as possible, from the spacing between paragraphs to the font and colors you choose.

  1. Oh wow! I learned something new, didn’t know you had decided to do workout videos on YouTube and vlog 🙂 seems those are the newest, hippest things around — from what younger people tell me, because I am old and know nothing about being hip! lol
I think that is a good idea though and you have already expanded by providing services, which is amazing as well. You are the path to excellent. Also, you used some very good advice, the #1 advice you gave, was my favorite because for the longest, I was one of those who wanted to be like every other fitness blogger who had a HUGE crowd and followers but it frustrated me because I never could figure out how to be as amazing as those bloggers, athletes, so then I decided to use my own personality and use my own thing and it has worked since. 🙂

    1. Yes, that is my eventual goal! I know at least for myself that I am more interested in people’s blogs/services if I can get to know their personality a bit through videos, so I would like to offer that to future clients and followers 🙂 And don’t worry, I know nothing about being hip either 😉

Also good for you, you definitely have developed your own style which is awesome! I’m still working on mine but I feel like I’ve made a good start in the right direction.

Thank you so much by the way for commenting and reading my stuff when you can, it means a lot to me ❤

      1. Hey! once you start becoming a new member to the YouTube community, we can continue to support each other through there as well, you have good content, I mean honestly you do and use good visual aids as well – which some people tend to not always do. I think you are on the right path to being something huge! but don’t forget about me, when you become this famous person! lol
