Triple Threat – Day 18 (Bodyweight Blaster)

Yesterday was a rest day, which is why I didn’t do a second post on Triple Threat. Today I’m ready to get back into it with another insane conditioning workout from Hannah Eden! Gotta love it when this is the introduction to the workout: “Feeling rested? Good. Now prepare to feel tested! Hannah’s got your latest dose of conditioning cruelty.” :0 🙂

There are a lot of exercises I’m not familiar with in this workout, and they are all only require bodyweight and some floor space, so it should be fun to experience those changes from my normal routine. I like doing calisthenics once in awhile as a change from lifting, and it helps me improve skills that carry over into other types of training.






Complete 3 rounds with no more than 30 seconds rest between rounds. Perform each exercise in a 30 seconds on, 15 seconds off work:rest ratio.




Side Lunge Touching Heel


Bear Crawl Shoulder Tap


Lying Leg Raise


Crab Toe Touch


Thigh Killa (Killer indeed, this one is going to hurt!)


Wall Shoulder Tap


Gorilla Squat


Sprawl Frog Kick
