I’m feeling stronger this week, so I decided to go for a deadlift PR before my kettlebell workout today – and lo and behold, I got it! I can finally deadlift 245#! If you follow my blog, you know I’ve tried and failed that amount a few times over the last month or so, so this is very exciting for me. I got a video of it and uploaded it as the first short video on my YouTube channel, so if you can pardon my lifting face (hey, if it helps, it helps lol), feel free to check it out and subscribe 😀 I’m planning on doing some vlogs and more workout videos soon.
260# is 2x my bodyweight, and that has been my long term goal since I could barely lift 150#, so I’m excited to be so close at long last.
