Triple Threat – Day 23 (Kettlebell Workout)

I can’t believe I only have 2 more training days left of the Triple Threat program. I’m looking forward to giving you all a final review on Monday, I’ve made a lot of progress and have enjoyed it tremendously.

Today’s workout actually looks like a lot of fun (which is surprising because I’m usually not fond of conditioning workouts), because it is strictly a kettlebell and dumbbell workout. I haven’t used kettlebells a lot in my training so I’m looking forward to perfecting some of my moves today. I’ve never done a KB 3-point extension, so that should be a fun new challenge for my core.

TRIPLE THREAT – DAY 23

Circuit 1: 3 rounds, perform each exercise for 30 seconds, with 30 seconds of rest between rounds.

One Arm KB Swing

One Arm KB Clean

One Arm KB Snatch

One Arm KB Push Press

 

Circuit 2: 3 rounds, perform each exercise for 30 seconds, with 30 seconds of rest between rounds.

Dumbbell Split Squat (right leg)

Dumbbell Split Squat (left leg)

KB Sumo Squat

KB Side Squat

 

Circuit 3: 3 rounds, perform each exercise for 30 seconds, with 30 seconds of rest between rounds.

KB Fire Feet

KB Russian Twist

KB Thruster

KB 3-point Extension
