I’ve been in the mood to do some CrossFit workouts this week. If you aren’t familiar with Benchmark Wods or CrossFit in general, please check out this post. It isn’t that scary, I promise 😉
I’ve had a crazy day and I’m short on time (not to mention energy), so I’m going to give “Annie” all I’ve got and add in some 215# deadlift sets at the end to keep up my strength training. I’ll post my time to the comments when I’m finished. According to WODStar, elite athletes should be able to do it in less than 4 1/2 minutes. I’m shooting for less than 8, but we’ll see. I don’t have a speed jump rope so my double unders are going to take me longer than they should ideally, but that’s okay.
