Oenomel Fitness Program

Here we go! I’ve created a new workout program! I’m in the final stages of putting it together but I’m ready to start getting the word out 😀 I’m super excited about this program, mostly because I’m having amazing results with it (I’ll talk more about that in future posts) and I can’t wait to share it with y’all. I’ve updated the main page on my website, so feel free to check that out, or keep reading this post. . .

Chances are, you’re here because you are looking for a new workout program. And the only way you are going to read past the first paragraph of this page is if I convince you my program has something to offer that all the others don’t. Since nobody wants to read through a bunch of rhetoric and sales pitch, I’ll skip all that and cut right to the chase.

Oenomel Fitness is a non-traditional program I’ve created based on the idea that fitness should be fun and anything but predictable. It combines weightlifting with barre (ballet-inspired) movements to target every muscle group in your body with extremely effective, low-impact exercises. I initially created it for myself because I’ve found very few workout programs that suit my needs and personality, but then I realized there might be other people out there looking for the same thing I was. So now I’m using it as a launching point for my health coaching business, and if it gives even one person the same results I’ve had I will be thrilled.

(Oenomel is a word of Greek origin that means combining strength with sweetness. It is pronounced “ee-nuh-mel” And yes, I’m a bit of a nerd.)

In a nutshell. . .

You will reach or maintain a healthy weight. When you combine lifting with barre exercises, your metabolism will become a fat-burning powerhouse. Seriously. Traditional cardio workouts don’t even come close in their ability to burn fat because of two main reasons. First, muscle burns fat. When you build muscle, it will burn off excess fat for hours after you work out, which means you will lose weight while you sleep. And second, most people who follow a traditional cardio plan will eventually plateau and end up the same, if not worse, than when they started. My lifting/barre workouts keep your body guessing and constantly making progress. If you follow it right, you won’t ever plateau.

You will build lean muscle (i.e. curves). And before you panic and move on to another website you WON’T GET BULKY. I can’t stress this enough. If you are a woman afraid of building too much mass and looking like a female Arnold, rest assured, that can’t happen. Unless you decide to go on steroids and train at an elite level of course. Our bodies just don’t produce enough testosterone to pack on muscle like men do. And the muscle we do build is usually lean and feminine. One of the biggest lies in the female fitness industry is that curves come from being skinny. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Literally, it’s a flat-out lie. So-called “curves” come from defining and building strong muscles. And that doesn’t happen by running hours on the treadmill and doing endless reps with light dumbbells. Check out the picture below if you don’t agree:

You will create a solid foundation of functional strength and mobility. This is another fit-point I’m passionate about. Fitness is about being fit for life, that is, increasing your efficiency and health so you can live life to it’s fullest. How your body ends up looking is a bonus, not the main goal in and of itself. Barre and Lifting are two of the best ways to build functional strength and mobility. Your range of motion will improve while you build strength that will carry over to tasks you do every day.

It’s super cheap. Let’s be real – who in their right mind is going to pay top dollar for a workout program they aren’t even sure will work? Trust me, even I wouldn’t pay big money for this program if I wasn’t the one who created it, and I’m sure a lot of you are the same way. Since the program is relatively new, I’m pricing it at $1 per workout for now.

How it works…

It’s really simple – all you have to do is select whether you want 1, 5, or 10 workouts, then pay through PayPal. After I receive your payment you get to select which specific workouts you want, and I will send them to you in PDF format. I have over 30 (and counting!) workouts to choose from, targeting various muscle groups and with many different goals in mind. You really get to create your own personalized program this way. Each workout includes a warmup, workout overview, and cooldown. I will communicate one-on-one with you through the whole process to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. In return, I’m trusting that you will respect my privacy and the work I put into it enough not to share the workouts with people online for free or profit. Eventually I will have a secured workout database complete with videos, but for now please respect me enough to keep the PDFs you buy to yourself.

[Note: As of 5/9/17 I am still in the final process of creating this program. Please send me an email or message me on Facebook if you are at all interested. I have no way of knowing if people like the idea of this workout program if nobody is saying anything about it to me.]

Much love,

Elizabeth Fredrickson
