I missed my weekend workout and ate a little too munch junk yesterday for Mother’s Day, so today I’m doing a comprehensive total body lifting/barre workout with all my favorite exercises. Here’s the workout, I’ll probably do it this evening.
25 squat jumps
5 push press
10 single leg hip bridges (per leg)
10 shoulder press
10 curtsy lunges (per leg)
10 renegade rows (per arm)
After I finish all 5 rounds I’ll do 5 rounds of as many push-ups as I can. Might throw in a few pull-ups too for fun.
